About the role: The Furniture Service Associate works with customers, vendors, and coworkers to provide timely resolutions on service issues and acccounts payable.
Responsibilities:
Solves service issues with damaged product.
Frequent follow up communication.
Communicate with vendors or freight companies regarding service claims.
Communication with vendors, receiving warehouses and repair professionals.
Coordinate completion of service requests with customers, vendors, etc.
Communicates with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner.
Receives receiving reports, enters release number, receives PO and delivers product on invoice.
Informs designer goods are in and sends invoice for balance due.
